Please add me to this list. I am down to my last half a tub of the cream and would give my right arm for the stuff. I don't understand why they discontinue the stuff that really works.

It's been discontinued???? WHY???

I bought my last bottle at Bevals during their Feb sale. I'll stop in and see if they have any more to stock up on! It works wonders on my mare's belly, she is so sensitive to the gnats.

Equino - When I pulled out my last tub of the cream in March for my mare's belly I figured I would have to pick up some more soon. There is only 1 tack store in my area that carries the stuff and it is only because the owner swears by the stuff. I have never used the spary. Well, I went to the store and they told me that the owner took all she had home because they had discontinued it. I was like what? But went out and got from 3 other sources that the story was true. I don't know how I'm going to live without the stuff.

I found this stuff works well on my mares belly

I had tossed the empty container of GNat so I don't know if it's made with the same stuff. But the black flies stay away.

I thought it worked well too, but wonder why it was discontinued?
There may be something wrong, dangerous, etc with it?
anyone know?

All
I spoke with Tiffany at Neogen yesterday. The stopped producing nearly two years ago- not for any safety reason- but because horse care is not their main line. They are considering re-starting producing next year. I gave her my contact data to let me know any updates- they are making a list of folks to notify when they start up again. You can call her there and get your name added if you wish. I will also post the info here of course. I told her it was a very effective product with a super following.

I have always, always thought it smelled like the VO5 *cream* my Dad used on his hair for years. Been dying to try the VO5 and see if IT works. :p

I thought the stuff worked very well too. Plus I felt comfortable with it on mares/foals. I haven't been able to find it for a couple of years now though. :(

I found a Florida tack store that uncovered a case of GNatural Spray from last year. They have 8 bottles left, if anyone is interested. PM if you need the contact information.

So, what do you think of this? Same or similar formula, I wonder. Might be worth a try.

I bought two jars, and it is DEFINITELY not the same formula in my opinion, but works decently well. I'll purchase it again, as I like it better than other products, but I'm not sure why it's being advertised as the same, because I think it's not even close.

Guess what? I emailed Neogen, the original manufacturers of GNatural, and not only did I get a response, I got confirmation that it IS, in fact, available again through SmartPak, and the SmartPak product is the exact same formula with the exception of the addition of sunscreen. Yay! Here are her responses:

--------------------------
Anita,

Yes, GNatural is now available again. You can purchase the product from SmartPak click here.

Thank you for your interest and support of Neogen products.

Martina

The formulation of the product is the same. The only change is the addition of SPF.
