Equi-Track 2000 or other footing that does NOT need to be watered?

I am trying to choose footing for my indoor that is dust-free and does not require watering. A neighbor has something called "Equi-Track 2000" from England that she truly only waters once or twice a year and never has dust. However, I am having trouble finding more information on this product online and am wondering if they've gone out of business in the past few years? And would also prefer something manufactured in the US if possible.

I realize this won't be cheap, but the labor and water costs involved in maintaining my current footing have become totally impractical. Any contact info for Equi-Track 2000 or a similar product would be greatly appreciated!

This post probably won't be much help...but I just have to say, I rode at Hunter Farms in Princeton, NJ today and they had amazing footing in the indoor. It was soft and cushy but not deep, horses warmed up and jumped on it all day and it still looked great at the end of the day. No deep spots or hard spots. It was great.
