Custom Sign

We are looking to have a sign made up for our farm. We are a hunter/jumper show barn and we'd like to hang the sign near where we are stabling. I am not referencing a fabric name banner, I am seeking a manufacture of a wood fabricated sign.

I am hoping to receive either a web link or contact info of sign manufactures.
