OK so my neighbor's asshat of a squatter finally moved out, and abandoned his very sweet dog. I actually found the poor thing tied to less than 3 feet of rope with no shade and no water. Asshat claims that he was coming by to feed it (never seen him, and I am home all day) and that someone was supposed to come get the dog, and it had a pig nipple to drink from (which it couldn't get to on 3 feet of rope).
I simply cannot keep this dog, as I already have 3. He is very sweet, but he is not neutered and really knows nothing. He can hang out in my yard for a couple days where he had shade and water and food, but he really needs to find a new home. I did worm him, and he is *supposedly* up to date on his shots.
He's great with kids, and he seems to know how to walk on a leash. He is OK with other dogs, is pretty submissive. He's fine with the horses for the most part, but chases cats.
I can take pictures tomorrow in the daylight. Asshat neighbor just gave me the green light to see if I could rehome him about 5 minutes ago.
