Tell Me About "The Teddy Bear"

I am totally new to the world of CDEs, but I have a driver who wants to compete. It was recommended that he try "the Teddy Bear" this fall in PA or MD. I am not having luck googling it, although I do get Teddy Bear Fjords, who are folks that I know but live far, far away.

Any information or comments would be helpful.

What you are looking for is BVDC (Brandywine Valley Driving Club)
Teddy Bears Picnic
It started as a friendly, end-of-the-year, beginners competition
Usually in late Oct or early Nov in the Chester area of PA

From an outsider POV it is still low key but has gotten a bit more competitive over the years

You have to be a member of BVDC to participate

they also usually have a Mini-Bears Picnic the week before
