Mr. Woodchuck made a very critical error, he headed for my fennel again. Fortunately he was drawn to the crisp apples on the ground in front of the garden, which led into the trap and then *slam*......he's caught. We decided his punishment for savaging my kale, peas and fennel should be severe, so we drove him to Seabrook and dropped him off in an uninhabited area (it's legal here). I am hoping he's a single male, I was going to check under his tail and see if he had any goolies but I think that would have been pushing my luck - he was quite interested in biting with those big teefs. :mad:
