View Full Version : Need LOTS of JINGLES please

For "Whiskey". He belongs to a friend who loves him dearly. Whiskey got hold of some maple leaves and within a couple of days he has gone into liver (maybe renal too--not sure) failure. He is getting IV to flush his system and is not doing too well. Jingles also for his owner who is changing the IV every couple of hours and of course very worried. Thank you.

Whiskey is doing better, more alert, waiting to hear back the results of the new labwork to see if his organs are starting to pick up and work better again. Keep jingling!

Keeping my fingers crossed!

How did Whiskey get into the leaves? Were they in some hay, or was there a tree overhanging his pasture? Just curious.

I *think*, not sure though, that the DH was cutting the trees and branches fell in the field. He thought he picked them all up, but not before he discovered him with some. I bet he feels pretty terrible right now. He is a horse person too, so he knows.

:cry::cry: A big thank you to everyone who read and jingled furiously. I heard today was Whiskey's last day on his home pastures and has crossed the rainbow bridge. Thank you again.....
