A couple of years ago I downloaded their templates, measured my horse, called them to chat about my selection, and bought the saddle. It was shipped promptly but unfortunately didn't fit my horse. They cheerfully refunded my money and didn't even charge a restocking fee. Further, I thought the person I spoke with was very straightforward, knowledgeable, and nice to deal with. I would most definitely do business with them again.
