Long story short the folks that live below me are 90% sure they are moving, and will be taking their 2 horses with them. That leaves my horse all by his lonesome.
I am looking for a horse to
1. be a companion for my very sane and mannerly TB gelding
2. to be an appropriate mount for my boyfriend to take lessons on
3. to be an appropriate mount for my dressage instructor (PSG level trainer)
horse does not need to be fancy, just sane, sound in light to moderate work (no jumping but sound for 3 gaits), and can trot (no gaited please)
The property is 6 acres of pristine grass, with 4 board fencing. horses have access to barn shelter 24/7 with a fan.
I should mention we are not height snobs (my horse is 15.1h) but we do need a substantial barrel. Boyfriend is 6'2" 170lbs, trainer and I both have 36" inseams.
