Who has made their reservationfor the August retreat at Equistride International? I took my hunter there for a few months of training with Carole and her very talented daughter Tonya. What a wonderful learning experience it was. When I went to my 1st show with my gelding, I really had the total package! Because the training I had, he was stretched, supple and FORWARD. The judge even asked my husband about his training. (How unusual is that?) I am looking forward to August and getting aquainted with riders, share and enjoy each other's storys and to see the great folks I met while there.

Nothing about this on her web site. .Makes it hard to know exactly what it is about;) Carole started my young horse and I have ridden in clinics with her.. Thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere and thought Carole to be wonderful:)

Equistride International DRESSAGE RETREAT - August 28 - 30 2009

Enhance the awareness of your mind and body



This Dressage Retreat will include Daily riding lessons with Nancy Baker and Carole Grant. Learn how to use in-hand work to improve your horse. Daily workout session with certified fitness trainer Lisa Wolfe. There will be two evening lectures with dinner on Friday and Saturday nights. We will have vendors and saddle fitters on site for your enjoyment. Auditors will be welcome to watch and participate in our fitness, nutrition, and lecture sessions. Also, rode in a Balimo clinic with nancy baker last fall!! Thoroughly enjoyed it as well as Nancy and her daughter. Highly recommend it!:yes:
