? Butler hook? or something to clip to on back of saddle?

I thought someone here had posted a link to a small piece of hardware that can be added to the back of a saddle so that you can clip things to it; however, I can't find the post. I thought it was called a "Butler Hook." I can't find it using a search. Does anyone know what I am talking about and a link to one?
