Florida Carriage Musuem No More?

I have heard rumors in abundance that the Florida Carriage Museum, formerly Contintental Acres, or the Austin Carriage Museum, and known colloquially as Gloria's Place, has been sold; that there will not be any more shows there; that it will not be open for a drive by visitors any longer, et cetera.
Does anyone know the real story?
Gloria Austin has been a fixture in Florida driving, and I would really hate to see that disappear into yet another series of ill starred farms destined to be some insane housing project.
Does anyone know what is happening there?

I heard that that particular deal fell thru, but it is evidently for sale.

Just spoke with Harvey Lagasse (Journey's End) and he talked to Gloria this morning. No sale and not for sale. Rumor only, apparently.
