Need a contract for a free lease for pony

I have a 6 yr old 14.1 sport pony that I am not using. I would like to see her go to someone that would appreciate her and give her a good home. She has a dressage foundation or could be a husband horse. I wondered if anyone had a standard contract for a free lease? I just want language that addresses expenses, liability, etc.

Those are paid for, in case no one has a copy of their own to share. If she were dark bay or black, I'd say send her my way! My daughter has a 14.1 dark bay Welsh and likes doing pas-de-deux with me, but our other 14.1 pony is now retired. :(
