Wolfgang Niggli's book has all the old GP tests from the start of the modern Olympics to I think 1996. If I get sick again, I'll type them all in, LOL.

There are some scattered around, but to get a bunch together one usually has to pay - the best collection is Masters of Dressage video/dvd.
