help with racing history?

this is my friends horse, he has shown hunters for years now(erynn ballard owned and showed him in his younger days). he has now come to live with me, semi retirement for him, getting back into riding for me.

i would love to know about if he raced or anything but have no idea how to find that out. his owner found out this much. but not 100% of the tattoo , she said the U is a possible V. but if his passport is right this is him. hes an older bay gelding with a star and two socks. his name for the past like 15 yrs has been 'Fendi' :)
