Does anyone know how to clean out the inside of a GPA helmet? My GPA is getting a little gross and I don't know how to clean it out. Help?!

I cleaned out my boss' helmet a couple weeks ago with an old tooth brush and a non-foaming antibacterial cleaner. It didn't get everything out, but it did enough to remove some of the nastiness as well as most of the smell. :D

I just bought the Charles Owen helmet cleaner, but it has not arrived yet. They sell a cleaner and a deodorizer.

cleaning the gpa is easy! i would just use dish detergent and wash it well inside and out, rinse throughly, blot with a cloth, then hang it up by the chin strap (hat would be upside down) to air dry and it comes out great.

I do the same thing only I wash with Woolite since it rinses easily, helmet looks brand new each time. Much more effective than that helmet deodorizer they sell that is really just trying to cover up the smell with a more pleasant odor, but that's not cleaning it.

There have been lots of threads on this, so if you search you should find them. :)
I clean my GPA in the sink. It's really easy & works well. Just fill the kitchen sink with warm (not hot!) water and dishsoap. Submerg GPA. You can you a sponge (or a toothbrush, for really grungy parts) to work the soap in and remove the dirt/sweat. Empty sink & rinse helmet (again, with warm water) until the water runs off clear. Set it on a towel to dry - will take 1-2 days (dry inside - don't put it out in the direct sun).
Whatever you do, do NOT put it in the dishwasher (regardless of what you hear)! That method is too hot & can ruin the structural integrity of the helmet.
Warm water, dishsoap, and a sink is all you need. :)

Charles Owen sells a cleaner that is awesome! It foams up and you let it sit and then wipe it out. I have to get more as it was confiscated last summer when going through security. ;)
Ditto not putting it in the dishwasher. I've heard of this method, but hot water is not meant for helmets.
