the young lady that was chosen to participate in the jumper young athletes program and her horse was injured.........she boarded a plane this morning headed to two different states to try 4 horses, if those fail, she has 4 more to try............so THANKS A BUNCH!!!! She wanted me to say you guys are really great. I'll keep you posted of her progress.

My cousin called last night to tell me she has one picked out, I think a GP jumper if my cousin has it right, she is VERY excited. I will get an update on the trials in July and pass it along. Thanks again.

WONDERFUL!! What a POSITIVE note from a world that isn't always known for being outgoing and sharing its crayons! Sounds like a good article for COTH or PH....

YEAH!!! Good karma can be hard to come by in the horse world and its nice to see it still exists!! I have seen it quite often lately, so its a nice change.

Paintjumper - That's wonderful news!!!

Wishing her the best of luck on her borrowed horse.
The USHJA Emerging Athletes is probably the best program I have seen come along. My daughter did the very first clinic in Va. in April. She loved it!

You will have to update us on how the clinic goes afterward.

I don't know the particulars as it is none of my business, ( I was just asked to help find a horse suitable and was glad to do it) but you guys did come through for her, it was a fellow COTHer's horse and from what I understand, (again .....I am getting this 3rd hand from my cousin) the owner is going to Atlanta to help her get aquainted with the ride!!!! It is nice to hear there are still folks willing to step up and help out a talented kid that has an opportunity like this. Thanks again folks!!!!
