Take a look at this pedigree and weep.
http://www.pedigreequery.com/ebony+mystique She's also Agnes Female Family, which means that she should be a good broodmare conduit.

She has been used as a racing broodie, but just think what she could have done with a sport horse stallion.

I also found a mare named Army Wife. http://www.pedigreequery.com/army+wife She is/was owned by Cypress Farm 1991, whatever that is. One of foals is listed as KY bred, another as California bred. Her last PQ foal was in 2004 in California. http://www.pedigreequery.com/army+wife Her 1998 filly was by a son of Northern Baby, and he has more steeplechasing get winners than any other stallion.

BTW, Cee's Tizzy has a line to Wild Risk through Worden. I found this gelding of his, Snake Shot, and have been wondering what happened to geldings after their careers are over. Snake Shot looks like he might have crossed over into sport.
http://www.pedigreequery.com/snake+shot He's linebred on Wild Risk. Cee's Tizzy is the sire of Tiznow.

The lines that sport horse people look are still out there now. They are just harder and harder to find, and you have to find them before they are turned into cat meat.

Nice finds Viney! I still can't get any info on that darn Wild Risk stallion standing in Morocco. How I would love a filly by that boy, even and Anglo-Arab.

She had a 2004 gelding son named Slews The Standard who was bred by Calmar Stables and Ranch and is listed as Alberta bred in PQ. He raced, and was decently successful (18 starts and was in the money in 13 of them), so one would imagine that she was bred again.

Some one with an APR on the racing forum could probably find out if she had other foals.

I have the address of the Royal Morocco Jockey Club, and have been thinking of writing them and asking for information, but don't know how to write French. Their JC name is in French, so one would imagine that French might be required for communication with them.

Viney, if you need something written in French, PM me and I will give you my email. My written French isn't completely flawless, but I should be able to lend a hand.
