Do you braid for combined tests? I always braid (ok, pay someone to braid - punk_pony are you listening?) for recognized events, but haven't for recognized combined tests. We have a combined test on Friday, them the recognized horse trials Saturday and Sunday. Please share your thoughts.

Recognized, almost always yes. Unrecognized, almost always no, mostly because around her most of the unrecognized shows are one day. But if I have time I will usually think about doing it--it only takes me 20 minutes.

I've always braided...actually, I've always had someone braid for me as I am awful at it!

That being said, I don't think it's necessary for a one day combined test.

Nobody braids here for an unrecognised CT, except me ! I use it as a cheap practice for day 1 of an event, so the more I can do the same the better.

Ha! I'll be at Ogden Friday after I coach a kid at the Sage Creek show in the morning (and fly in at midnight from the ICP assessment thursday night) I will happily braid Walter for the HT!

I braid 99% of the time. Regardless of where I'm going.
Growing up, make tack and horse spotless have them braided if they leave the farm.
Funny how some things stick with you.
