They just posted the link to the pics of my first Combined Driving Event.
I'm shown first with my Buckskin mini "StarBucks" aka Bucky.

This was the first time for a VSE division in the history of our club.
If anyone knows me and knows how "directionally challenged" I am, would have some idea what a HUGE accomplishment this was for me (and Bucky).
I trained Bucky just last fall and we've only had 1 formal lesson and I've only been driving about a yr and a half.
My more experienced mini came off the Winter too thin and Bucky's been doing sooooo well, we decided to go for it. I had a clinic/lesson the next day with Lisa Singer on the course, very informative!
He had the best performance in our division:
Dressage- lowest score, 10 on presentation, 9 for drivers skill
Cones- fastest time, no faults
Marathon- only 3 seconds off optimum time (the best) and we didn't get lost (lol)
