I always wantd a Choklate Confetti mare to breed to my stallion, he was truly a great app sporthorse and will be sadly missed by not only his people but the app sporthorse breeding community!

Melanie,
You have our sincerest sympathies. Chocklate will always be a legend in the app sporthorse world. He will live on in his get and their progeny. I am honored to have your two lovely Chocklate bred mares. This year's pal colt from the filly is stunning and could never have happened if it wasn't for you and your program. Melanie, you are in our thoughts.

I did not know much about this horse, but I am sorry to hear of his passing. I have had several Appaloosa sport horses, and remember them with great fondness. Godspeed to Chocklate Confetti.

Such sad news. I'm very sorry for your loss, Melanie. Chocklate was a beautiful stallion and although I have not known many of his direct offspring, we do have one of his daughters out of Silk Cape. She is a lovely girl in both mind and ability. I hope to meet more of his offspring and know his bloodlines will continue to impact the Appaloosa Sport Horse world in a positive way.
RIP Chocklate and my condolences to you.

So sorry to CFs owner. You do get a special bond with a stallion that is different.

Thanks everyone for your kind words and support. It hard to accept that Chocklate is gone.
I had the honor and great pleasure of being his human and devoted friend from his birth to his death. Chocklate was born between my daughter and my son and was very special from the start. Thru lifes ups and downs, births, dealth and Divorces, I could always depend on Chocklate giving 150% no matter how crappy I felt. He was truely a class act, even until the end. Although I was not prepared for him to go, he did me a huge favor by not colicing, or having heath issues that would require me to anguish over a decision to end his life and for that I thank him.
So I guess we can say he went out with a bang doing what he loved best and with the smell of mares in his nostrils.

So sorry. What a hole this will leave - but you must have wonderful memories of the love and support you gave each other over your long time together.

A friend of mine has a Wap's Reflection mare who was just confirmed in foal to Chocklate Confetti. She was bred a week before he passed away.
They are so thrilled and hope everything progresses normally. A name has already been chosen -- Bittersweet Chocklate.
