Has anyone heard of Reg lately? He's been one of my best friends for over 10 years, he took thousands of photos of my horses all trhat time (and he did such a fantastic job)...and I lost track of him. I know he used to post here quite often. The reason why I want to find him is because I am getting married and I would like to invite him....

Reg is fairly active on Facebook. That might be an easy way to reach him.

Congratulations! :)

I believe he works sometimes for Lili Weik, the photographer. She may know how to get in touch with him. I used to have an email for him but he has since changed it. Maybe PM him or email him through this site?

Thanks everyone! Samantha and I are getting married Sept. 19. at Wachesaw Plantation in SC (I have been going up there to teach clinics for 5 years now and they gave me a huge discount on the event....and its absolutely gorgeous there). Its gonna be a small wedding though, because both of us have some experience in weddings and marriages, and in this particular case we decided that size does not matter! I am going on Facebook right away.

Just in cese some of you were wondering, Sam and I met at the Georgia international Horse Park at last years USDF regional final and she whipped for me so successfully that it started quite a chapter in my life.

WOW! That explains why I didn't remember you as being "taken" then (I had the Veneziano orphan filly). Congratulations!!!!! What a great story on how y'all met! :)

Congrats to you Andras. I wish you and Sam every happiness. But watch out for ladies with whips (only kidding — could not resist).

It is not every day you go through the threads of "sporthorse breeding" and see the name "Reg Corkum" as a headliner... ha ha ha. I am surprised the Mods tolerated it actually.

Anyway, Congratulations Andras. Wish you all the best.

I am in Nova Scotia at the moment. I will be southbound mid August for another run. I will probably be about 6-7 weeks around and about. The Hamptons, NY and Kentucky Nationals are on that list, and hope to make Sandy Werner's show in Florida as well. So during all that, perhaps it would be possible to fit in a wedding. I also am trying to fit in a run to Spruce Meadows this year to see some international classes, something I have wanted to do since forever. One of my dearest oldest friends (we go back to the cradle) has a daughter living in Calgary at the moment, and I have been extended an invitation to come visit and go with her to Spruce so I think the time and opportunity sounds right, something I have wanted to do for years.

Thanks everyone who relayed messages. I appreciate your efforts.

And YES I DO spend too much time on Facebook. It is my latest obsession. Hopefully that will wear off eventually. I have been so successful on the "photo contest circuit", kind of makes you feel important!!!! ha ha

For those of you who have lost track of me and wish to keep in touch, the blog is fairly current on news as it occurs and my email is my original email that I had years ago...

regcorkum@yahoo.com

I am really not that hard to find. It is a small world these days.
