Is Rolex still being shown today before the Preakness?

I know the showing of Rolex by NBC was postponed due to Hockey O.T. :sigh:
Wasn't it supposed to be shown before the Preakness today?

Does anyone know what time it will be on?

What a fun horsey afternoon on TV! For once!

I was disappointed as well about the postponing of Rolex but alas, I live near Hockeytown (Detroit) and the Red Wings are about on the same level as God around here so I didn't mind the game too much :D

It's kind of up to the local NBC stations. Last year, the same thing happened and in some areas, the local stations didn't air it. Instead, some folks got infomercials. whoot!

anyway, I'm crossing my fingers that it will be aired here.

Now that you mention it BuddyRoo, I seem to recall something like that last year. I'm pretty sure it wasn't broadcast in my area. My tv guide listing has "paid programming" up until the Preakness... :confused: Crossing my fingers it will be shown, there isn't even any hockey to mess things up!

We got a rerun of Matlock followed by an infomercial on hair replacement. Since moving here, I've been very disappointed in the local NBC station.

The announcer did not say that the horse is 29. He said the horse is 14 and the rider is 29.
