Fibro/RA Folks - Lyrica effecting balance?

I am concerned about riding and chores since I just started Lyrica and dizziness is mentioned as a common side effect. Any experiences? FYI I am taking 50 mg 2x day, + 60 my cymbalta + 10 mg lexapro + hydrocodone as needed.

I can function (walk and talk and do chores) on the hydrocodone fine now that I am used to it.

Take things very slowly. The possibilities of dizziness vary from person to person. I know some that were not very affected by it, but in my case I was staggering sideways into walls...looked like I had been drinking heavily:lol:

Just bumping this thread up - has anyone else experienced balance difficulties with Lyrica? If so, were the effects only while you "got used to" the med, or did they continue? I know it's different for everyone - but please share your experience!

Just got myself a new rx, so I'm curious.
