I LOVE Glanzen....not just the product, but the company and customer service too. Search for the word "Glanzen" or "Horsetech" and a bunch of threads should pop up about it.

I'm currently using it in my Smartpaks, but I have to admit I'm not sure yet how good it is - I think if it wasn't working, I'll find out 5 or 6 months from now. I only started using it about a month ago. So far so good, though!

I really like it; my farrier credits it with being the thing that finally got Gully's hooves in order. I like the company too--right now I get it in Smartpaks, but when I told the reps at Rolex last year I was interested in trying it, they gave me a month's supply.

I've used it for several years and think it's a great product. Great customer service. They'll ship you a small sample if you ask to see if your horse will eat it, and if there's a problem they can add flavoring (sugarless I believe) to the mix.

Agree with everyone's comments. The company, Horsetech, is terrific and the product does what it is supposed to do....improves coat and feet!

I've seen improved hoof growth with this and have been using it for a long time -- maybe 2 years? I use the lite version, though, as my horse seems to find it more palatable.

I sent for some samples and have been using it for about a week now. I doubt I'll see results with just that small amt that the sample provides, but the horses do eat it and it seems like a good product. Free shipping always isnt bad either!

I have been using Reitsport, which is another horsetech product for 4 years now. I am very happy with the product (hence why I am still buying it 4 years later). My horse has fantastic hoof and hair growth, as well as a shiny beautiful coat. I have also noticed that my horse is not bothered by the gnats like all of the other horses around him. I think it is due to the Reitsport - it is the only feed difference between the 6 horses.

The customer service has always been outstanding. I would definitely recommend any product made by Horsetech! It is pricey I will admit, but if you add up all the individual supplements if you were to break them out separately, you would find it is not that unreasonable.

Haven't used Glanzen, but I do get other products from HorseTech, and they truly are top notch! They ship FAST, no added shipping charges (no matter whether it's a 2-lb or 200-lb package) and always a pleasure to deal with.

ALSO, another great bonus with HorseTech is if you are a member of USRider (www.usrider.org - a fantastic roadside assistance service specializing in aiding those hauling horses), you get a 10% discount on all HorseTech purchases. With the money I save on that 10% discount, the (already reasonable) annual cost of my USRider membership is even more of a bargain!
