Sweet, sound 20 yo TB Mare looking for home

Katie is a 20 year old TB mare, 17 hands. She has been out on a free lease for about 3 years now. I got an email that she needs to find a new home.

She is a super sweet mare, not witchy in the least. Good to work around. Kids could work on her.

Ideal situation would be a light riding one. She is not the bravest on trails but will go anywhere if she has a leader. :D I would not consider her a broodmare candidate (at her age and considering her history). A therapeutic program would be great for her I think.

She is currently located in Western Maryland. I do not have any current pics of her, but I may be able to dig up some old ones to anyone who may be interested. I would like to keep her within a few hours of my home.

I'm probably too far (Georgia) but am in need of a companion for my TB gelding that my boyfriend can learn to ride on. i am an experienced dressage rider with a trainer and would school the horse regularly between boyfriend lessons. I have 6 acres of pristine land and a barn attached to the pasture.
I am not looking to be a permanent home, but for a free lease situation.
