My former wild-man (years ago!) turned kick-along schoolmaster is looking for a half-lessor. Located in Damascus Maryland at a great barn (and needs to stay there) with indoor, outdoor dressage and separate outdoor jump ring. Great trails, fun people with a very laid back atmosphere. Well schooled on the flat and over fences, and has done a little bit of everything--loves to trail ride (alone or in company), has hunted extensively, evented a bit, done the hunters and is currently happily doing dressage and some jumping. Very sound, stays barefoot, easy to handle and ships, ties, clips, blahdiblah--I'm pretty sure he'd even fold your laundry if he had thumbs and he'd for SURE make you a cocktail ;)
Looking for someone who would like to get back in the saddle or ride up to 3x a week.
16.1, solidly built (is accused of being a draft X all the time) grey.
Please no absolute beginners--he can put up with it, but i'd have heart failure ;) Showing is an option provided you are taking at least one lesson a month.
