Hey all,

This is pretty entertaining...

My 3 y.o. gelding. Our 3rd ride of this year and our second time cantering. He had 11 rides in October of last year. He's a shifty devil and looks much smaller than he is undersaddle for some reason. Hopefully he'll stretch out a little bit.

What a good boy. Congrats on a nice ride. Did you post a picture or video of him free jumping before?

No. Sadly, I didn't get a chance to video him free jumping. He's really game to go though! Super cute and careful over the jump.

I commend you on the balls to ride your 3 year old in an un-enclosed arena!

What's even more pitiful than the fact that I don't have a fence yet or a gate, is that his guy is gate sour already! LOL.

I bring them in and out from the same location every time so they sort of think there's no other way in or out and it seems to work, but it's funny with this guy, he wants to bulge his shoulder out or suck back by where the gate would be.

I'm not so concerned about him running out as I am about him bucking me off.

Haha, your baby looked like he wanted to have even MORE fun on that ride. Looked like he was feeling pretty good.

Handsome boy.

HI,

I remember when you first got those two little bundles. You posted pic's of them like a proud new mommy. And now look, they are three and your riding them.....they grow so fast!

Before you know it you'll be posting the first horse show, and then........someday??????

From one sporty pinto owner to another......Congrats, those boys are beee--utiful!

You need to get one hooked to a cart though...That's not as much fun as jumping.....but for me it runs a close second!

Very nice looking, good moving young horse. When he extends his trot right before the canter depart he looks great.

Time's flying by! It seems like just yesterday we were anxiously awaiting Dodger's birth and now here he is 3 years later. His brother Aero is 4 already! That's really wild.

It's funny you mention the cart because I've been wanting to learn to drive and wouldn't Aero and Dodger make quite the team? I don't know if I'm crazy enough to try it, even though I do have access to someone who can teach me and them.
