I just ordered my Rolex tickets online, since I was unable to get through on the phone last week before phone tickets closed. They REALLY need a new system for phone orders. I must have dialed a million times last week and never once got through to a person.

So now after ordering online, it says that tickets may be picked up at will call at the box office. Does this mean that they are not mailing them if we order online?? If not, where is the box office?

9 Paragraphs down under ONLINE TICKET SALES

"Please note that if you order online, upon completion the server will indicate that your order is in "WILL CALL." This simply means that we (organizer Equestrian Events, Inc.) will call your order up and mail it to you beginning January 30 and thereafter 2-3 weeks after your order is processed online."

Yes, I did see that. But after I placed my order, the screen said that I need to pick up my ticket at the box office.

I'm not sure about online ticket sales but I worked the ticket office last year and we had will call envelopes there. The booth was on the main drag in front of the stadium, right across from the Dubarry booth.

They will direct you to will call as you drive in if you ask. Speaking from personal experience...be sure to bring your online receipt with you!

But how can you get in there without a ticket???? I'll be coming with some people who have tickets, so they will be coming in the general parking area where you have to have a ticket to get in to the park.

When I ordered mine, I feared the same thing, so I called them. A very nice woman told me that's just how the website works (next year I'm faxing my order as usual, as I didn't like the website) and not to panic. They will come in the mail with your parking passes, maps (which we'll need this year) and all the other stuff. 24 days and counting!!! Let the shopping begin!

They will be mailed. There is no will call.

Also, ALL voice mail messages are returned if you leave one!

We didn't recieve a parking pass? I thought the cost of this year's ticket included parking, thus we didn't get a parking pass. Maybe you are parking in the "up close and personal" section?

It DOES depend on what sort of tickets you purchased, some of them come with it. Prices up (I suppose with all the improvements that was bound to happen) but I like being close enough to walk back to the car if I buy good/heavy stuff. The tents kind of nice on the rain days too.

I'm glad to hear that they are being mailed. Thanks all! :)
