Just go with 340 days after ovulation and you'll be as close as you would be with any counter.

Ack! I just went to cut/paste my link, and it's dead! I loved it too. Could put in last date bred and number of days you like, and it calculated due date...

OR, last date bred & today's date and gave days in foal.

PHEW--here it is. Address changed, but I like this one best.

oooh... we're just about 100 days out. :D

I just take the day the mare ovulated and subtract 25 days. That comes to 340 days. Nothing simpler.

well, ya, I take ovulation-minus-20 (as up here everything seems to go 345)

but the 'days in foal' is a loffly feature, IMO.

I go to www.duncity.com - they have a calculator for due date and days in foal also. But the -25 rule does make it pretty easy. LOL

From ovulation, I count back one month and add 5 days. Ovulated on April 10th, go back to March 10 and add 5 days.- so March 15.

Thanks everybody. I've used them all except the simple way of counting backward 20 days from the ovulation date. Thanks
