Wanted: Gelding for trail/pleasure riding (VA)

Looking for smaller gelding for safe trail and pleasure riding in Central VA.
Must get along with other horses. Willing to work with soundness/shoeing issues - owner would be equine vet specializing in lameness and therapeutic shoeing. Lifetime, loving home to the right candidate.

Edit to original post: prefer not smaller than 15.2 (if fairly big bodied) and not too much age (under 15?) Looking for that horse that just won't stay sound or can't pass a vet exam.
