Sound Trakhener for Lease

I am looking for a lease situaton for a 12 year old trakhener mare. She is a solid second level mare she scores in the upper '60's every time. She is by Abdullah and can go for a breeding lease. She is branded by the American Warmblood Societey. She jumps 4 foot fences from a trot. Her current rider is not a jumper so she hasn't had any recent work over fences.

Leasee will be requied to carry insurance, and provide stall board with limited turnout. This mare doesn't like turnout. She only's goes out twice a week.

Where is the mare, how big is she, what kind of rider does she require?

Also, where is she located? Is this for how long?

Can't believe I forgot location. Forgive me. We are in Charleston, SC. She is 16h. She needs a confident rider as any horse at this level moves with a fair bit of impulsion and engagement. She is not fast, but does use herself correctly. If someone wants to jump her she needs an experienced rider. She has her changes only about 70% of the time, and when she does them she was trained (not by us) to do them front to back which will result in periodic hops in the hind end as she gets crossed regularly. She is currently ridden/owned by a 15 year old junior rider.

Just posting to say I'm drooling over my mental picture of her abilities - I loved Abdullah!
