Anyone who can spare a day or even a 1/2 day Feb 27th, 28th or March 1st, please come volunteer at Pine Top. All types of help is needed...you don't need to have experience, just be willing to jump on in! You will be well-fed and receive a future free cross country school for your efforts.

It's a very big competition this year with one of the largest gatherings of Advanced-level horses anywhere in the nation (not to mention the Intermediate and Preliminary horses). Many of our top-caliber riders will be present competing (including 3 members of our 2008 Olympic team), and it's rewarding and exciting to be a part of it all.

Please contact Janet at corgiqueen56@gmail.com if you can help out. It will be so greatly appreciated!

Proud and excited to say I'll be there all three days doing whatever Janet has planned for me (probably scribing Sat/Sun, then XC on Sunday)

Where can I find you, 3dazey?!

Danielle is going I think. I should drive up there with her and volunteer the whole weekend.

I have some kids that might go to a schooling dressage day. that weekend though..I'll see if they would mind me not being there.

I have to say I was so jealous while she was at Ocala. I wished I had tagged along.
When I called she and Lisa were full of vodka and standing the water jump.
God I miss walking XC like that.
And then they called me later that day after Danielle flipped over her scooter's handle bars. (Luckily Lisa was holding the drinks)

and then the next morning they send me a pic of Jim and David crammed onto the scooter rolling around.

I miss you guys!!!

PLEASE do come, purplnurpl! It is actually such great fun to fence judge all day for the upper levels...not a moment of calm or quietude, non-stop action. Good fix for us adrenaline-junkies!

And RFI, just for your b'day, Jam is officially coming.

One last plea...with 30+ jumps on the advanced course, MANY fence judges are needed for Sunday. I promise, you will love it!

We can all make some phone calls and get some folks out for the day - plus, everyone gets a schooling pass - just think, all of you who are searching for the perfect birthday gift for me, can just give me your schooling pass! And it WILL be the perfect gift!!!! just kidding of course -

Hmmmm, like me, I don't think CP has used hers from LAST year!...

"Cookiepony, hey, CP"

"Billy just thought of something you can give him for babysitting Taco..."

Miriam-- maybe I will finally get to meet you!

I believe I have TWO free schoolings racked up, soon to add a third... if RFI's Billy wants them, I will give them to him instead of the Yazoo beer I was going to bring.

You guys are the best! :) The forecast looks really good, as soon as the current "hurricane" subsides.
