Two Scillian Donkeys (UPDATE)

Dolly and Curly. Two rescues acquired a week and a half ago. Both are as gentle as can be and the vet aged them between 10-12.

These are the saddest little guys you have ever met, cute as can be as well. A jennette and a (hmmmmm) a male LOL. Gelded.

These two guys have never had a farrier but the farrier is coming today. The vet figured with some proper care, Curly will be absolutely fine. Dolly will never be sound but............. she is an absolute lovebug.

These two donks apparently had a home but,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,the lady came and left. Somehow or the other, she figured they were minis but.........................while not large, they are not minis.

Please, home a donkey today. We are way overcrowded and I took these two on simply because they had an apparent home.

Curly has been adopted and hopefully with some good farrier work, he will come around nicely. I have decided to keep Dolly since she is so crippled and hairless due to lice. She can hang out with Heart for the short time she might have. She is simply too crippled to join the horses on pasture and so, there goes my machine shed. New home to Dolly.

And MustangTrailRider is going to drive all the way up there to get her and rehome her with someone else. How wonderful of Morgan! She will be getting a medal, plus she is taking a bunch of stuff from Equinelaw for Lori to sell in her store, great of Equinelaw too.
