Searching for MSM in thread titles?

When I go to the advanced search function and search for MSM in titles only, I receive no results, however if I search for, let's say, ULCERS, I find a thread titled "Ulcers and MSM" - am I doing something wrong?

The minimum length for the search function here is four characters.
