Who's riding Rampal offspring? What are you doing with them? How old are they and how did they mature? Any pics? What's the other bloodlines? Rideability?

I've crossposted in the HJ forum, because I know he is advertised as an all-around sire.

Valerie is back in training after having 2 beautiful foals. She loves to work and is progressing quickly. She is very easy to ride. The trainer said she is getting stronger and loving her job.

What a lovely, modern mare.

I have a lovely Rampal mare, who is unfortunately not rideable - so she is producing babies. Lovely movement and quite a nice jump too!

I have a great Rampal daughter, out of the ISF mare, Annasette. I have had her up for sale for 3 years with no interest at all! I think mostly due to the fact that she is a GREY. Geesh, shoppers can be so shallow sometimes. But, this mare is bred to the hilt, amazing lines, impeccable movement and a temperament that can't be beat. Finally...at long last...my farrier decided to 'buy' this mare for his wife to use as a broodmare since warmbloods aren't really a part of my business plan. She IS a superb mare and we did ride her a bit, but my business needs to focus on what is most important to it and, unfortunately, warmbloods it is not. I wish I could keep her for myself! I know I will never forgive myself for having to sell what is possibly the BEST warmblood I will ever own. It is just bad timing.

Interesting as to Riva and Peskee's mares and their breeding. I am looking at a 2 year old by Rampal with similar dam pedigree. It's dam is an Oldenburg approved Thb with Northern Dancer in the pedigree. I find that very interesting!

Edited to add..This thread might get better response in the Sport Horse Breeding Forum

We stand the Dutch Stallion, Guardian, by Rampal. Guardian competed through Grand Prix dressage and has produced many offspring who are successful in dressage and jumping. He has wonderful gaits and a very kind temperment. Guardian also has two sons who are approved breeding stallions with RPSI and the American Warmblood Society. I rode a wonderful Rampal/Rosenkavalier gelding through Grand Prix. He has exceptional rideability and could receive "9's" on piaffe/passage and extensions. He was a dream to ride and train and I would not hesitate to look for another Rampal offspring in the future.

Out of a Rampal mare and by Idocus. Bred by Carole Dalton. He has a super temperment, very willing to please, very talented. We are working our way up the levels together. he is very patient, and deserved a better rider, but I try to take great care of him and he does not seem to mind. :)

Schooling 4th now. got my Bronze on him last year. having a blast and I feel very fortunate.

Felicitas von Neumann-Cosel competes at Grand Prix dressage a Rampal gelding owned and bred by Gene Freeze. She has had a lot of success with him, although he was rather complicated as a young horse and is still more of a professional's ride. However, that I think comes at least some from his mother.

She has done a really good job with him and he is a very happy and willing horse overall.
