I am helping a friend of mine look for a gaited horse to trail ride with. It can't be taller than 14.1h as this lady is barely 5ft tall. A gelding is preferable but she will take a mare too. He husband has a halflinger X and that little fella can move, let me tell ya, and she wants something that can keep up with him. I know most would wonder why the hubby just doesn't slow his horse down, but he likes how fast he walks and both of them always look like they are on a mission:lol:. So we are trying to help her find something that can keep up. I can attest to the fact that the horse will go to a very good home as this lady has had horses in the past and she is also a vet tech and knows the ends and outs of horse care. If you know of anyone in the NC area that would like to rehome a small gaited horse, please let me know. Thanks
