With much regret I'm am posting in hopes to find a loving forever home for
my gelding. He is blind in one eye due to ERU. I'm having to lighten my
herd due to family medical problems. I'm not home much to care for all
my horses. I would love to find him a home that has experience with a
blind/half blind horse. Although he is NO problem at all. I just don't
want him in uncaring home, and with people who do not understand that a
blind horse can still be awesome.
He is an AQHA 1994 Buckskin gelding 16hh. Beautiful big guy. Easy
keeper and SUPER loving. LOVES hugs and to lick you like a dog. Great
bare feet and is broke to ride but hasn't been ridden in awhile. Was
used for roping when I bought him but I used him for trails. Sound. No history
of founder or colic etc. I've had him for 5 yrs now and just love him
to death. He is my dream horse. But I have other horses with more
serious problems that would be harder to place in a home so he is one
that I thought might have the best chance. I'm located near Houston,TX.
