I've posted this before, but it's my all-time favorite. This is my #2 daughter and her recently deceased pony at a Pony Club show jumping rally a few years ago.

That is a ridiculously adorable photo. I'll have to see if I can find my favorite candid of me at a KY Spring show. I was PISSED at my trainer for whatever reason and was standing by the gate watching him school my horse (probably the reason I was angry) with this priceless expression on my face. My trainer bought it, framed it and gave it to me :lol: Good reminder to not be quite so intense all the time.

Oh boy! Well, all I have to say is lucky for you guys I'm at work and I don't have access to my hard drive. I have about 2,000 candids at home. (I'm a photographer, and I LOVE taking candids!)

My Christmas present to Mary Slouka. She had totally forgotten about this and it arrived Christmas Eve. It's Cunningham's typical stance / expression between classes. Pretty darn cool stallion.

That picture is too darn cute! I was wondering why a hunter would have an ear bonnet on until I looked a bit closer! Too funny!

These two are my all time favorites of Robbie. Branam took it in 2007.

I love the expression on my horses face here. Slightly worried, but too curious to completely blow the whole thing off. Sums him up perfectly, I think.

I KNOW it's western... I Know, I'm terrible. But... It's one of my FAVORITE candids of me at a show. I was showing Western Pleasure for my Collegiate team and this was at Zones at MTSU in 2005. Don't hate me cuz it's western. :)

Anyway, someone was talking to me about things I needed to remember and one of the things was "Eyes Up!" and I demonstrated. :)

I have a painfully large amount of horse show candids, one of the perks of having a barn photographer. :D

This is not technically a horse show candid, it is a clinic candid but I like it because I am not event he one leading him, my friend is, but I am so awe struck by him, even though I have had him since the day he was born, that I just can't take my eyes off of him. Sorry about the dressage. :winkgrin: I know this is hunter stuff but does it count that I used to do hunters when I was young?

this is big for me, i've had him for a year + but i still don't really like him because he's SUCH a butthole on the ground. but looking at the video from that show, and some pictures, he's so cute!! i forget what a nice horse he is, but that should be my motivation to ride him!

I wondered if anyone would recognize him! This was taken in 2003 I believe. This was a BJC show and he took off with my friend in a hack class...he could be a real jerk haha. I lost track of him, but I did see him at a show this past winter (it was rolling hills). Can't help you there, sorry, but I'm so glad you recognized him :D

You just gave me a thought. Wouldn't it be fun if someone started a line of animal ear/antler/ bonnets that wouldn't bother or interfere with the horses, that they would be oblivious to?
