Who would you breed This Mare (http://pets.webshots.com/photo/1507071744047997541zrqqcT?vhost=pets) to?
#1 (http://www.emcostallionservices.com/stallions/dazzler.html)
or
#2 (http://www.emcostallionservices.com/stallions/minerslamp.html)
?
I know there is a lot more to breeding then just conformation, but I am trying to hone my own eye, and would like to know what other people's thoughts are.

I'm guessing you are wanting to breed an eventer? I'm going to cheat here as I know a little about both those stallions. Dazzler competed to GP dressage but has been most successful breeding event horses. They do have a reputation for being hot and opinionated so need a good rider. Miner's Lamp is a big name these days but he actually has very few progeny that have done well in eventing. There is Davy and there is Miner's Frolic. If I was looking to breed a top class eventer I'd choose a stallion who had a higher hit rate than Miner's Lamp. JMHO of course.

If I was going to breed an eventer with your mare I'd choose Jumbo! (Does he still have semen available?) or Miley who has got far more stock competing at top level in eventing, dressage and showing that you'd ever expect based on the small number of mares he covers.

With only these two choices I would choose #1 Dazzler. He has a nice short back, a better hip than the mare, a better loin connection, a better neck set and wither connection. I like him much better. However, I think I would look for a stallion with a wee bit longer neck. I think his neck is in proportion to his back but your mare is longer in the back and short in the neck. I wouldn't want to end up with a long back and a short neck so I'd go for a stallion with a little longer neck just in case the foal was to get the dam's longer back.
Disclaimer: I know nothing at all about these two stallions, didn't read about them, and have based this on conformation alone.

He's a Jumbo son, and a good eventer himself.

Silver Galtee
She has a grand shoulder but a weak top line and needs more strength all over.

I vote #1 Dazzler too, he seems to compliment her better.

Thanks everyone!
I was thinking Dazzler too, but didn't know if I was missing something. I am not 100% sure I will be breeding her to him yet, but he is on the list.
Jumbo does have semen available here, but I'd be concerned about how BIG the foal would be  Her 31 month old colt by a 16.1 hand stallion is already pushing 17 hands (!)
Silver Galtee is lovely! I am looking to steer away from grays though...
Here is another (http://pets.webshots.com/photo/2380330950047997541DQpqME?vhost=pets) picture of her - she is 18 days away from foaling out the above mentioned 2 year old, so please forgive the belly :)

Way I see it is better to have a bigger horse with a good temperament than a smaller one that is less easy. I'm not saying all of Dazzler's stock are tricky but enough of them are for them to have a "professional's ride" reputation over here.

I've seen a few by this guy out of TB mares that were nice ;) I don't know too much about him or the ID breed, but he sure is lovely
