Online too, but only on things that are in-stock (can't always tell until after you place the order- but they will email you if something isn't and see if you want to cancel it or substitute another size/color that is in stock at the sale price). Also, some saddle brands like Stackhouse are usually excluded.

...And their customer service is AWESOME!!! I ordered a winter riding jacket from them last year, but wasn't sure of the size (how small was a small or would I need a medium). I called to ask before ordering online and the gal asked me my height, weight, and hunt coat size. Turned out that we were very comparable, so she went and tried it on for me :) Great fit!!!

They go above and beyond! I ordered a pair of black size 10 zip-up paddock boots which ended up being out of stock. Someone contacted me personally with all my options: change color, change to laces, etc. I ended up getting a slightly more expensive pair instead because I really wanted black zips.

But anyway, they are great! I'm making my list already!!

If you received the postcard, it can be used for an additional 5% off any single in-stock item at the store or reduce any excluded in-store item by 5%. Most of the exclusions are consignments, certain brands of saddles and gift certificates. I would say that "just about everything" is correct.
