Does it exist?
I'd rather not spend over $100 either. Leather or fleece/wool (synthetic or not, doesn't matter).

As far as know, the only contoured one is the $225 County Logic. It is available in brown, but I won't pay that much, either.
I bought an "uncontoured" regular brown girth from State Line. It was the only one I could find that was under $125. It was about $60 or $70.
Whitman makes a nice brown girth in a reasonable price range, but I haven't been able to find one, now that I need one slightly shorter than my old one.

Maybe "contoured" is causing some confusion :) I just want something not-straight, as in "chafeless", not the anatomical curve of the Logic and the like :)

Another alternative is to buy a black one in a design you like and use a white or brown fleece cover. That's what I'm doing until bebe grows into my brown Whitman girth.

That's a great idea, actually! I've been toying with a fleece cover anyway - my current girth is a Wintec, and I wanted to try a fleece girth without spending the $$ on a fleece girth.

Albion makes their girths in brown. http://www.consensus-shopping.com/advancedsaddlefit/horse-tack-girths.html carries them; it says black only, but I've bought two from them in brown. Drop them a call or email.

I have a black one and a brown one from albion. I think it was around $125, but maybe it was less. I really like the way they fit the horses and the material. My "old" one has been used daily (up to 6 or 7 horses a day) for over 7 years and has no wear spots, discolorations, thead problems, ect.

I have a brown dressage saddle- and looked forever for a girth. I found one through Bit of Britain. It was under $100 and fits my older Crosby Prix St George very well- plus I got a discount with one of my memberships too!

I love my Whitman brown leather contoured dressage girth. It is two tone brown, and matches most brown saddles with one or the other brown shade. Mine was a custom order though, at 36 inches.
And not under $100. But worth what I did pay- its about 10 years old now and still looking great and in daily use has not needed anything repaired- the quality is superb..

Don't know of one off hand (and I feel your pain with the brown dressage gear), but if you have not already, it may be worth contacting a few places like Trumbull, VTO, Bucks County, St. Croix Saddlery and finding out what they can special order for you rather than what they typically have in stock.
Otherwise I have found Eurpoean, Aussie, and New Zeland sites most likely to have brown dressage goods.

Well over your price tag but the County Logic comes in 36" and brown. Don't know if you can find one used as the size and color is not typical. New $225 is the going rate most places.

You could contact this Canadian company http://www.sandridge.ca/Saddle_Fittings.asp as they show a range for their ANATOMICAL GIRTHS... see what they have or what they can order. I've purchase items from Canada a few times with good luck.
Best wishes in your search.

Jaguar makes one. Sometimes they turn up on ebay. I bought mine for $75...
I'll check the Jaguar and that Canadian company, thanks!
Turns out I really need a 38" *sigh* Here's the deal - the girth I originally got to even be able to ride in this saddle (first drsg saddle, no drsg girth) was a fleece 38" pony girth. GREAT length. The issue was the exposed buckles, so I have solved that with some creative washcloth cutting and wrapping :)
My first attempt at a dressage-proper girth was a Wintec - biggest my store had was a 34". Ok length, but obviously lower on the horse's side. And, it's straight. I don't think he likes it for either or both of those reasons. So, I'm back to my high-tech pony girth  I have no idea if it's the higher buckle placement ( I suspect that has a lot to do with it), or the fleece, or both.
But, at the very least, I now want a 38" dressage girth UNLESS that sizing is funky and a 36" or so is really the same length

Once you're in the saddle, with your black boots on,
a) No one will see or notice the color of your girth - so black would be fine
b) Your black boot polish and use will make the girth darker with time anyway.
I've always used a black girth with my brown saddle.
