I am searching for a waterproof turnout for a friend of mine - well, one of her horses, anyway! This wonderful woman has an animal sanctuary with over 40 cats, several dogs, several horses, goats, sheep, etc. She is 501(c)3, and takes incredibly good care of her animals! I thought I had an extra, but I don't. So I am checking everywhere!
The horse needing a full turnout refuses to be stalled (I think he is a bit claustrophobic) and is getting really old and could use the added warmth of a turnout blanket. I am trying to find one for him, but none here will fit him that we are not using on one of our rescues. I offered a stable blanket, and found out then that he prefers his freedom to a stall. So waterproof it must be!
Anyone have one kicking around, or if you know of a great sale, please let me know! Thanks!
