Sounds like fun! If we have the day free, we have a baby or two who needs to see the sights and sounds of FFP!

Just spoke to my trainer about this, may be up for it. Will bag it, though, if the weather looks to be crummy. (don't mind cold, don't want to be wet)

I'm out unfortunately. I sprained my shoulder yesterday morning, when a horse at work seized and fell on me and pinned me against a wall.

not sure how long I will be out. Have a follow-up appointment next week. Poor pony didn't fair as well as me, we had to put him down, but turns out after necropsy findings, the seizure was result of his kidney rupturing. :(

At least you are okay. Do they have any idea what caused his kidney to rupture?

Yes, ouch--poor Zeus! :( I hope you mend soon...
(And poor pony!)
I wish I could make it out there on Sunday, but I am A) presently trailerless (and borrowing rigs from students), and B) riding in a clinic (at our barn) that day...Have fun everybody; it looks like the weather should be decent!

The horse was 30 and Grey. Full of melanomas. That I believe was the cause.

not feeling to bad. I am glad that I was wearing layers of clothing, and have some "meat" on my bones. I am hopefully that next week after my appointment, I can start to resume some normal activities. I may come out and take some pictures of my own, won't have them out for prints that day, but I will try and post them online if I get some good ones.
