Does anyone on the board have offspring from this stallion? I am particularly interested in knowing about temperament? Thanks, Forte

Just call Wily Arts at DG Bar Ranch and ask him.... he has bred quite a few of his own mares to Devon Heir and is very happy with the results. I have a breeding to Devon Heir that I will try to use next year.

According to Willy (whom I consider a very good friend), Devon Heir has a super temperament, three good gaits and has already proven himself in the sport with excellent scores. Couple that with the bloodlines (De Niro and Rubinstein) and you will have a hard time finding another stallion of this quality in the US.

There is a lady here in Georgia that has bred two premium Oldenburg (GOV) colts by Devon Heir from an Art Deco mare. You can see them on her sales page - their names are Degas and Denali.

I haven't seen his foals yet, but I saw him at his inspection a few years back (when he was first going for approval), and he is stunning! I'm not always blown away by newly approved stallions, but he was special!

I have a long yearling by Devon Heir and not only does he look like daddy, but his temperament is just super!!! He is a rare gem. Try something new - no problem. There are a few things he would prefer not to do or have done to him, but he lets you do it just the same. No fuss, no muss. And, he's brave and water baby supreme! Also, very gentle soul -- never rough with kittys, dogs or people. Good, solid temperament; learns quickly and has a real need to please.

Yes, a website would be interesting, the one I found said: "under construction"

How tall is he and how tall are his offspring so far?
