Still looking for blind grandmother draft riding horse

(see off course for issues I've had with "beginner safe, or husband horse" being exactly NOT that!
I am looking for a 2 in 1. 1. SAFE for anyone, SANE gelding
15 hands + drafty or cross would be ideal
for occasional trail ride. Must be able to go out
here at home on trail rides by himself or be left
in pasture by himself when I ride my horse.
2. Good, well mannered pasturemate for my 17.2
6yo Shire. Must be REALLY calm and laidback.

BEst home for any human or animal! We grow equine hay, so having hay this winter is not issue! All animals(&humans) here live in harmony, if they do, this is their forever home.
Please don't waste either of our time if the horse is "safe, but...occasionally bucks or bites, or doesn't listen...."

I want to give a great home to a draft or draft cross horse. This horse must be safe for my blind grandmother(or husband) to trail ride with me. Also must be gentle pasturemate for my 6 yo Shire gelding.
Vet references, farm visits welcome.
