Okay, so the newest one just reared with my daughter on him! I can't believe the ponies people send me to try for a 3 year old, this is about the tenth one we've had, one worse than the next. This one was great for a week, thought he was the one then just stood up today for no reason. Crap! Does anyone have an old one, been there done it that we could even just borrow for a year? Believe it or not she posts and is ready to ride loose on the right one. Only has to trot and be safe steering loose, we are used to taking care of older ponies, have one here that is 39 and a bunch of others in their twenties, just none that are smalls. help!!!

how unfortunate!
I *JUST* sold my small.
He was my first pony who then turned into a bombproof play toy for my little brother for 5 years.
I will keep you in mind as I know alot of people with older ponies that might want to send them on a nice vacation...I mean job, LOL for a year or two. =]

Hey, PM me if you are interested...My BO is looking for a new home for an older (early 20 I think) shetland. He's been used for baby-beginners and some intermediate riders, he's just horribly bored as there aren't enough little people in lessons these days! He's definintely a been-there-done-that type of guy, and will carry adults around for fun (some of us thinner ones at least). He loves coming out on the trails with us too.
He's not a give-away though, and of course located in Michigan.
