I am about to re-home a couple of nice thoroughbred mares. I want to make sure they are there for good.
I know there have been posts in the past about a decent contract to be signed.
Can anyone pass some of these along to me?
What I need for it to say is the horses will be passed back to me if for some reason they decide they can no longer keep them. I want to make sure these mares do NOT end up being passed around, or go to an auction.
Any ideas, or any already written up?
