hey! That's great! I showed my mare in the materiale there when she was 4. It's a great experience!
This year we are entered in the PSG/ Int-1 and I am entered in the 4th 2 and 3 with my 8 year old Danish gelding. I am pretty excited about it. It's my favorite (and most stressful) show of the season. My office is only 5 minutes away, so even if the stock market craters again, I might be able to still ride!
last I checked, the competitor list was not yet up on the website but it should be up soon.

For once there isn't a leftover hurricane on it's way....yipee!
Sometimes on Thursday the Grand Prix riders are in the practice ring-- it's a great way to see them up close.

BTW.... Fanale and I are the "poster girls" for this year's DAD poster. I can't wait to see it!! So, make sure to pick one up for all of your friends! They are also making a painting of it to be raffled off as a fund raiser. Looks like I will be buying lots of raffle tickets. :)

That is so cool! My trainer was at a local hunter/jumper show and opened up a small horsey paper and saw a picture of our other trainer used in an ad for DAD. He was on a stallion he rode last year.

That is soooooo neat!
One year my brother worked for the company that prints the poster and I got a giant one for free. He said, "It's got a horse on it-- do you want one?" It was Mary Alice Malone.

If anyone has a set of Saturday evening Freestyle tickets they need to sell...please let me know. My friend and I are now able to go and did not find out in time to get tickets. I would hate to go and miss the freestyle.
Or if anyone has any suggestions on how to get a set....they are sold out right now. Thanks!!

Yes, every year I've gone you can always get in to see the freestyle, you just won't have a seat. But if you just walk around to the back of the arena you can see everything up close. You just have to stand.

There are benches but mark your territory early - I think you can bring your own chair?

One of the girls in our pony club is a huge DAD fan and it would be an awesome gift for her. It would be cool for me to be able to tell her I kind of "know" the horse/rider. Anyway, if somebody has a link to a store that would be great.

Hi WeDoItAll,
I think they are only selling them at DAD. If you PM me your address, and the first name of your pony clubber, I'll get one, sign it and send it out to you to give to her.

Thanks for the freestyle seating info....if a chair can be brought and we can see, I'm good with that. I am good with standing room too, but if a seat can be had that is better
