I am sorry to be looking for a new home for my BC. He is a 2 year old, neutered, classic rough coated Border Collie.

Kerwyn is house-trained, has excellent manners, loves to go places and would probably enjoy a person who didn't have two other dogs  The reason he needs to be rehomed is that he cannot seem to get along with my daughter. I have not seen the incidents with my own eyes, but she tells me that twice he has snapped at her. Today her eyebrow was wet :( where she said he snapped at her.

At one time he was doing something odd with both of my children and we were unsure if it was aggressive behaviour, turned out it was not. But I think this is something different, and I think he would be better in a home without a child that he might be jealous of.

He is a quiet dog, nothing like the typical BC.. a little introverted if anything. He enjoys being a barn dog, he does not wander, and he has never been aggressive to anyone else in any way, shape or form. He does not bark or growl, even at strangers. His one BC idiosyncrosy is that he will run and bark when a storm is coming, it is funny and if he is inside he doesn't do it.

If you think you might be a good home for him please PM me. I will be very, very careful about placing him, it is a hard thing to choose between your child and your dog
